'Great location for Faribanks and aurora viewing. We saw the Aurora 2 nights from the house!!! Ten minutes to city center and close proximity to attractions, all while located feet from a beautiful lake!! '

'We loved everything about our stay. The house was comfortable for our group of 5 The hosts went out of their way for us by providing coffee and snacks and other items. The house was spotless and well maintained and had a great view of the Chena River. We hired a tour to take us to see the northern lights and because our location was so great they picked us up right at the house. Highly recommend staying here. By the way we got a great northern lights show'

'This property is exactly as it is described and more! Anything you need is provided and any questions answered promptly. We found it to be the perfect base of operations for our visit to Fairbanks. It is easy to get everywhere and road conditions were good even when it snowed. Can’t say enough good things. It’s cozy, warm and perfect!'

'We were hoping to see the lake and enjoy some pretty views from inside. Communication with the owner was a little challenging. But once we got a hold of him, he was able to answer our question. The Evole website was frustrating.'

'This was a beautiful treehouse with everything you could ever need! Everything was top notch and just as described. The treehouse stayed warm and cozy throughout our entire stay. It did make lots of creaks and squeaks, but I enjoyed it. We had wind gust up to 25mph almost every day we were there and at times the house would sway, but again I didn’t mind. The bath house had everything you could need and was always super clean! We had to leave a day early and wasn’t refunded for that night, but...

'We booked the BirchHill retreat for three nights. The house is cozy and spacious and the host had most of the supplies including spices and other ingredients already. We had access to the garage and it was big enough for two standard SUVs. We could see the northern lights from the front and backyard of the house which was a plus! The host was responsive and easy to reach.'

'What a beautifully furnished and decorated home! The owner has created a lovely little oasis. The home was warm, comfortable, and perfect for our 4 day stay. Plenty of parking space and they anticipated everything we might need.'

'This is the second time we've stayed here and it is a great location. The view out of the "Master Bedroom" out at the river is beautiful. The ambiance is rustic with a lot of hides and trophies mounted and hung. It's nice and quiet and the hosts, who live below, are very accommodating. 10/10 from us. We'll definitely plan to stay here again next time we go to Fairbanks.'

'Laura and Martin have an amazing place to watch the Aurora's from and hang out just outside of Fairbanks. She shared lots of recommendations, the stash of food to begin was a lifesaver. Just a wonderful vacation spot!!!'
