'Cute and quaint beach house ideal for enjoying during the warm weather seasons as it is the perfect distance from the sand. Unfortunately the rain prevented us from spending much time at the beach. We chose the wrong time of year to stay somewhere like this as we didn’t get to fully enjoy the amenities like the cozy patio or nearby beach.. '

'I have stayed in many properties over the years at Stinson Beach, and the location doesn’t get much better than this one. The view from the main bedroom is literally onto the surf breaking 30 yards away. Great little deck (on the beach). My son surfed right in front of the house and was “buzzed” by dolphins playing alongside him in the waves! Ideal for a family (2 adults, 2 kids), “small” inside but everything you need (including a log fire to snuggle up in front of in the evenings if the fog...

'We loved everything about this property. The Home is well laid out, cozy, and walking distance to delicious restaurants and a great park for our toddler. The redwoods are everywhere and needless to say, enchanting. '

'We've stayed 6 rentals in MV, this is our favorite! Upstairs beautiful, many windows /skylights, views all around. Sitting area full view of Mt. Tam! Separate unit; no noise from others. Spacious, smartly designed, lots conveniences. Street parking convenient alongside unit.Upstairs, spacious kitchen, all appliances. Eating area looks across street, saw several bird species. Ice maker/dispenser, wine cooler, etc. Sitting area nice couch; wish chair were larger. Skylight in stairwell...

'Really enjoyed our stay. Quaint cottage, close to San Francisco and nearby hikes. Too bad it rained but there were games and puzzles at the cottage. '

'This is a small cottage behind the main house in my favorite Berkeley neighborhood (walk to the movie theater, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery store). I liked the radiant heating and warm floor in the winter, comfortable bed with great linens, and lots of light yet private. It's no longer new, and some of the furnishing is showing its age, but I found the place very comfortable. Parking in the driveway was great, as parking can be tight in this area. Patty was an excellent host.'
