'Staff was very cooperative and very prompt to provide what I need. The main issue I had during my 5 days stay was a very strong odor in the room and all other three rooms s at lower level. Also most of occupants were Afghani nationals to my surprise. The room had issue with water seapage on one of the wall.'

'It's a new guest house setting hotel. Check in was easy and smooth. Since the hotel is converted from a school the sink in the bathroom in all rooms are much lower 😳 it appears that it is made for kids. But other than that its pretty nice hotel. I did not see housekeeping to come n clean the room but we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. But overall the stay was good. '

'Good location for my business activities, not so good for tourism. Low bed not great for older person. Difficulties arise when things go wrong. Lack of a substantial reception meant recovering lost baggage from airport that much more difficult. Good when things go right, but not the support you need when things go wrong.'

'Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. '

'I booked this hotel from expedia for my wife and sister in law arrived from canada for a short trip to islamabad. First i will write the worst part. The room quality was very average or below the standard. The elevator had issues so they shifted the family to centaurus suite which was more pathetic and shower ,iron, furniture was pathetic.
