'I really recommend this apartment. It was amazing, with such wonderful facilities to make your stay fantastic. Also, the people who were in charge of the place was extremely nice and helpful.'

'Alles was super, alleen was de kamer gedateerd (gordijn was stuk en het douchegordijn viel naar beneden). Ook misten we een keer een handdoek, maar dat kon meteen opgelost worden. Ontbijt, wellness en de restaurants zijn voortreffelijk en het personeel erg professioneel en aardig.'

'We came in March. Bright quiet spacious suite for 4 people. Kitchen well stocked with tableware, cooking utensils and tea. Phone number on front door to contact management in case arrival information didn’t get through during your travels. I loved the decor and nearby market. Friendly vendors advised on appropriate outings. '

'Villa Carlton is a beautifully preserved 1920's building within three or four minutes walk of Zakopane town centre. The public areas of the hotel are very original and retain all the charm of that era. Our room however had been fitted out with cheap white composite wood carpentry which was a rather nasty contrast. The mattress and pillows were of very poor quality. On arrival the room was very clean, but housekeeping was minimal with towels changed once in six nights, and the bath, floors etc...

'The hotel was a bit tired, but the "room" was huge, with a living room, 2 toilets and a loft with 2 double beds. The hotel was of an older date and had no elevator, so it was a little harder to have to drag your heavy suitcase up all those stairs.'
