'One of the best price/quality options for your stay in Chicago. Great neighbourhood with lots of (rather expensive) restaurants and bars. Supermarket around the corner. Metro station at 10 minutes walking distance. The Villa Toscana is a charming old house with nice garden and verandah. Rooms are a bit small and stuffy, with no view or possibility to open windows in the bottom rooms, although the owner unscrewed one of the closed windows for us to let in a bit of fresh air. 'This B&B is a gem. Loved it. It’s like staying in someone’s huge, comfortable home with a fabulous hostess. Plenty of parking, creative decor, and the huge made to order breakfast is fabulous. They have snacks, homemade baked goods and all kinds of drinks in the kitchen. They serve breakfast until 11 for late risers. Laundry, sauna, steam room. Will definitely stay again.'

'The property was clean and attractive. It’s located in downtown Homewood with an easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The door takes a little bit of time to figure out. You need to wait time before you can hear it lock. Some of the door knobs were coming loose. A few of the ceiling fixtures were coming loose as well. 'Amazing view and the apartment space was perfect. There was some cabinets that were banged up pretty good and the garbage disposal/dishwasher were not working but it was such a beautiful place that it didn't even matter. The valet was super helpful as you have to walk around the block and with alot of luggage it wasn't easy. '

Tuvimos in inconveniente para entrar, el código que nos dieron del candado digital no servía, llamamos a un call center de Sonder, responden super rápido y las 24hras, nos ayudaron de inmediato con un nuevo código....

"I spent 8 nights there and it felt like home. Very safe feeling and despite the central atrium the room was very quiet thanks to the lay-out of the room. Very friendly staff making tou feel right at home and big breakfast options."

"Nice hotel, very well located. Couple of Restaurants near the hotel. 2 min walk to the Grant Park. Would be wonderful with breakfast options and maybe modernize some rooms. Would recommend to stay here, it is nice and clean hotel."

"The location made that I choose for Hotel Felix River North. Second reason was the price. It was good and functional for my stay. If I had to mention a suggestion to improve, it would be addiing one or more facilities: they offer non! no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, no spa, no office space. OK, they have a tiny little space which looks like a bar, but nobody serves there (I tried a couple of times!), so that is more a piece of art than an actual bar. For the rest, as mentioned: OK. Public transport was nearby, just around the corner an Irish pub and some restaurants at close distance. I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Chicago."
