'The whole place was very clean and fresh. I’m giving 4 stars because they advertise waffles for breakfast and they don’t have waffles, kind of a disappointment when waffles are your favorite breakfast food. Otherwise everything was great!'

'The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We have stayed in other Fairfield Inns, this was simply sub par. Room was excellent, clean and cool.'

'Good location'

'Prima stop over maar wel ver van het centrum van Grand Rapids. Gelegen op een commercial area. Weinig bruisend. Ruime, wat donkere kamers. Schoon, vriendelijke service en ontbijt dat boven verwachting is voor Amerikaanse begrippen. Vers en ruime keuze. Alleen skip het ei. Fabrieks substantie.'

'Everything was what we expected'

'For the price I expected hot water and cleaning service at least once in my three days there. I had to ask for more toilet paper. I had to run the water for at least five minutes on full hot to get warm water. It was very clean and the staff were wonderful.'

'We stayed one night after visiting the zoo and before exploring Meijer Gardens (10 minute drive). Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, beds comfortable (we had a 2 queen bed suite with pull out couch). Convenient location, though not a place to get outside and walk anywhere. Breakfast was much better than the average hotel breakfast - typical offerings, but well stocked. The pool looked nice, but our grandkids were too tired to swim!'

'This spot was incredible. The location was awesome. The Meijer was within walking distance and they had anything we needed like food etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed right by the elevators, we did here people out and about(that just happens at hotels) but the quiet hour sign right by our room helped! We slept fine. We stayed in a handicap accessible room. It was huge! The shower was a little noisy but thats nothing compared to other hotels. It was still an excellent stay.'

'Clean, organized, nice mini mart in lobby for food, etc. Convenient parking. Good indoor and outdoor lounge space. Welcoming staff. Will stay here again.'

'Air-conditioning need to have better control on adjusting temps. At tine it was too cold and too hot. Staff dont refill your towels unless you ask.'
