'We really enjoyed our stay the Breakfast was amazing and the costumer service was perfect and friendly'

'The room was clean which is the most important. Had all the extras, like microwave, fridge, etc. Parking was convenient and easily available. Staff was friendly and helpful. One small negative on the room. It had a toilet paper holder that was broken. Still functional by not attached to the wall correctly. Breakfast was adequate but could have some improvement. Some items not available at the time we came in to eat. Overall, a good place to stay for us. Minor issues.'

'Prima stop over maar wel ver van het centrum van Grand Rapids. Gelegen op een commercial area. Weinig bruisend. Ruime, wat donkere kamers. Schoon, vriendelijke service en ontbijt dat boven verwachting is voor Amerikaanse begrippen. Vers en ruime keuze. Alleen skip het ei. Fabrieks substantie.'

'It was certainly everything I absolutely needed but the door was extremely difficult on the accessible room for a wheelchair user as well as navigating the hotel itself'

Said best he could do was the next morning, we would be checking out. Terrible customer service!!! Heater/air conditioner would not stay running. We will not be back!!! We will get the word out...

'Excellent place to stay and very convenient for all local amenities. Thank you Country Inns hope to see you next year.'

'Claimed there was complaints about smoking when I wasn't even in room yet they didn't bother knocking on my door while I was a guest there just waited until after my 7 day stay to hit my credit card with 3 charges $100, $150 and $46!! Plus charged me $33 for parking while their garage was full and I had to pay to park in another garage and walk the further distance late at night with my mother with unsavory characters hanging in the stairwell. Unprofessional manager Andrew hung up on me because...

'Friendly staff!'

'TV placement in our room was very inappropriate. It sticks out into the walkway between the hall and bathroom.'
