'I booked this property thru Expedia-DO NOT DO THIS!!! I got to the property and did not have a room which I had already paid for in advance!!! To change the reservation I was charged a LARGE fee and Expedia had false advertising free change/cancellation! They do allow the change but claim TRU charges a fee of so basically my 2 night stay changed to 1 night for same price as 2 nights! It was a legit nightmare. 'It hot tub wasn’t working and the pool temperature was very cold. There were no towels at the pool. I had to get towels from the desk. We had 4 people staying in the room and there was only 3 towels in the room.'

'No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. '

'The reviews on this motel were not accurate. I checked in, went to my room and left. I drove away and went to another hotel that night. There was no way I could sleep here. I was sure my car would be gone in the morning. '

'Well, the elevator broke down twice during out stay. Paint job was sloppy. Walls were scuffed and dirty. We were on the second floor and the smell of pool chemicals in the hallway was almost unbreathable. A dirty rag was let in the sink. The trash can was left in the middle on the entry way. No body wash in the bathroom. Toilet was so low it was a struggle to use. Ice machine was broken. The breakfast was offered a very short window. They seemed to be understaff. I would never stay...

'A few issues. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The staff made efforts to have it fixed, and were willing to move us. By then, we were "in for the night" so they gave us vouchers for free breakfast. No soap in the dispenser in the shower.'

'Very nice hotel in the center. Own parking garage across the hotel which is very convenient. US$ 32 per night is too expensive! Nice swimming pool and gym. Next time I will definitively stay again.'

'It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast.'
