'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'We loved our stay at Hawksbill. The food was excellent for an AI property. The king bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We had a garden view room, mini fridge stocked with drinks (2 beers, 2 OJ's, 2 cokes, 2 sprites and 2 waters) and room cleaned daily. The beaches on the property were top notch. The infinity pool was beautiful. The reef in front of beach is thriving and teaming with fish. Bring your own mask/snorkle/fins or get them free from the activities hut. There were enough...

'Very peaceful location, close to quiet beach. Cottage well equipped: airconditioning, large fridge/freezer, large cooker, large BBQ, flatscreen tv, audio-system, satnav for car, local mobile phone etc. etc. Gabriella and Douglas were very welcoming and helpful hosts and can tell a lot about Antigua.'
