'5/5 Stars We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mariana's coastal retreat! We came to Jacksonville to see the Nicki Minaj concert. The space was perfectly suited for a nice getaway - spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Mariana was a fantastic host, promptly addressing a minor issue with the lock and ensuring our stay was seamless. The accommodations truly made our trip special. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this lovely retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing...

'The property was very clean. Better than a lot in which we have stayed. We were concerned with the location of the property. They had bars on the windows which were concerning. If you have any disabilities, the stairs from parking to the house are very narrow and steep. Both of us have back issues, and the stairs were hard for us to navigate even though they put in a hand railing a couple of weeks into our stay. Also, the internet did not work well, and the TV would go out on us. We were told...

'We booked this accommodation because we are trying to scope out this neighborhood. And several other neighborhoods this was essentially located. It absolutely met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked having two bathrooms as always lovely. In the bed was very comfortable. We only use the loft.'

'This was a great spot for our trip for the Georgia-Florida Game. Right next to a great area in Jacksonville full of food options and stores. Right across the river from the stadium and only an easy hour walk over or an even easier trip by Uber or such. The property was great for my partner and I with our two large dogs. The owner was great and welcomed all of us in. The king size bed and the AC helped us sleep great all night. Highly recommend and will consider in the future. '

'I have nothing but nice things to say about our stay. Although we were there pretty much only to sleep, as we had to leave early the next day, the home was exactly as expected and described. Easy keypad access and located on the second floor, made going the car seamless. The communication was always responded to in a prompt and timely manner. Although we didn't use any of the amenaties available to us (pool, fitness center, etc) - they were readily available with access keys/fob waiting for us...

'We have never been on a houseboat before and was really looking forward to our 3 night stay. The houseboat is really nice with all amenities. The lay out is a bit funky. Bedroom is upstairs with an outside entrance. Couch downstairs is second bed, didn’t sleep on it so don’t know how comfy that would be. We lost all water, through no fault of the owners and only got to stay one night. Owners graciously refunded 2 nights money. I would book again, very close to family. '
