La Chicca di Boboli ligt in het historische centrum van Florence, in de wijk Oltrarno, op een ideale locatie om de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van het centrum gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken (Boboli-tuinen, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio liggen allemaal op slechts een paar minuten lopen) . Als u niet te voet wilt gaan, bevindt de bushalte zich op 50 meter van het huis, in slechts drie minuten bevindt u zich op Piazza Duomo en bij het S. M. station. Novella. Het appartement, op de begane grond van een oud gebouw, is onlangs gerenoveerd en is met zorg en aandacht voor detail ingericht; het bestaat uit een hal, woonkamer met een slaapbank voor twee personen, een volledig uitgeruste woonkeuken, een grote slaapkamer, een badkamer met douche en een exclusieve binnenplaats. Het is geschikt voor maximaal 4 volwassenen en een kind. Het is uitgerust met onafhankelijke verwarming, airconditioning, wasmachine, vaatwasser, magnetron, tv, telefoon, ADSL WiFi-verbinding, alles inbegrepen in de prijs.

We appreciated Antonella's hospitality, including welcome drinks & snacks. The apartment's amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and A/C. The location is perfect for sightseeing...the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti & Boboli Gardens are all within walking distance. There are also groceries and restaurants nearby.

Best VRBO experience yet
This is, by far, the best VRBO experience I’ve had yet. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, and a gift of a bottle of wine was even included. All appliances/electronics worked as expected. Most importantly, the a/c got ice cold, which is very important to me (I found this to be rare in Italy). This was the only place I stayed at in Italy where there were no issues with the wifi. Shower got hot fast and stayed hot. The whole place was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. Andrea was so friendly and helpful. Be prepared to walk a bit to get to the city center, but it’s not a bad walk at all. I actually enjoyed this area because I found it to be a little more peaceful and a good escape from the hustle and bustle. I will definitely be returning to Florence and will make it a point to stay here again.

Great location near restaurants, shops, attractions and locals. Perfect space for 2-3 people. The patio was nice but we didn’t use it because it was too chilly outside. Host was responsive and helpful and provided a nice selection of welcome treats.

We were welcomed by the very patient Antonella upon our arrival. After much conversation over several months, it was a pleasure to meet. The apartment was small and cozy; perfect for 2 people. I’ve rented with VRBO for at least a decade, and must say the kitchen was probably one of the best stocked . A nice patio for a sunny day, comfy living room, good internet. I was concerned about noise as the apartment is right on the road, but honestly never heard a sound once we went to bed, and I’m an early sleeper. All in all, I would definitely rent again.

First visit to Florence
We enjoyed our stay here. The place was perfect for a couple. The bathroom was small but it worked for us. Please be aware if you have mobility issues there may be concerns with the bathroom since there are steps. We had one small maintenance issue but it was very quickly resolved. The location was very good. All we needed to do was step outside and turn to walk into the city. You are on a busy street so there is street noise although the location is part of that. We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place with us for a few days.

My husband and I absolutely loved our 6 nights in this beautiful apartment! It had everything we needed and more. We could walk to everything and yet were away from the crowds. We enjoyed preparing some meals in the darling kitchen as well as eating out in fabulous restaurants close by. We will definitely recommend to family and friends 💗

We truly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were provided with all the amenities needed and more!! The apartment was perfectly clean and and tidy, the location was perfect within walking distance of all tourist sites. Lovely apartment
We enjoyed our stay at Antonella's apartment. It's located in a very convenient area of Florence and easy walking distance to the centre of the city and its location close by to the Boboli gardens. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay in Florence including a supermarket a few doors down from the apartment and other surrounding shops and restaurants. On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Antonella's assistant who helped us settle in. We highly recommend Antonella's apartment as being a great introduction to the city of Florence.

We stayed 4 nights in Florence at the apartment and were greeted with everything we needed for the next morning, including toast, jam, juice, and milk. This really is a darling place, and quite a romantic set up. We appreciated the moka pot and all the utensils to create our own meals. Very well outfitted!
