The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. The apartment was immaculate, communication with Vivian was great..she always responded very quickly... only a couple of issues: for a 2 bath apartment only one 1/4 filled hand soap so we purchased another..in one bath maybe only 1/2 container of bath gel, the other bathroom had a very small container of shampoo I used as bath gel...we stayed 7 days so...

'Property was fine, nice and cool and very well situated. 66 steps up to the apartment was challenging and we are fit and able. Lugging suitcases was a challenge , and also at the end of a very hot day out sightseeing doing the stairs was difficult . We loved the central location … it was perfect! 'It was a great location to walk to the local attractions, a few minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio, and about 10 to the Uffizi gallery. The only downsides are that it is in a ZTL but that comes with staying in the heart of the city, and you need to take your own separated trashes out to the trash can down the street.
