'Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. 'Property is tucked away, they probably should add some better signage. Security you go thru does direct you well though and love that they are checking people. It’s a gorgeous area with walking trails and cute little village to go walk, shop and eat at that you MUST go to! Def go to the Marina as well. 'This particular room is on the third floor and was ok, sound wise until the last part when the Harley-Davidson riders rolled into town. Apparently they just drive back and forth gunning their throttles all night long. That is when the room lost all of its charm and good vibes. It's just too close to the road and the bridges and thus the motorcycle noise was amplified to unacceptable levels.'

'DIverse keren in Edgewater verbleven echter zie je het ieder jaar verder achteruit gaan, de meeste appartementen zijn verkocht dus bijven er weinig huur appartementen. De gehele staat van het complex gaat achteruit echter de locatie is schitterend. let er ook op dat de Luxe apprtementen (Met masterbedroom aan de zeezijde) bijna niet meer in het pakket zitten.'

'Our stay here was fine until I decided to make the mgmtnt aware that there was mold on the ceiling in the main bathroom and cracks on the shower floor. The woman asked if she could send someone over. I told her that I would let her know when we returned to the condo because we didn’t want anyone there without us there. 'Be careful getting a beach view on the 5th floor. If there is an event on the 6th floor they are allowed to blast music and jump around until 10pm. This made sleep for my kids difficult while they partied right above us. They don’t enforce no smoking on the property unless you complain. Lastly, paying $30 for a resort fee is a little crazy in the winter considering the “heated”pool is too cold to swim and they even shut off the water to clean sand off yourself from the beach. 'Great hotel with super spacious and comfortable rooms. Location is nice: walking distance to Pier Park and Winn Dixie right across the street. The gentleman at check in was kind enough to change our two queen to a king room, which was very convenient. Nice pool with sunbeds. We also appreciated the complementary tea and coffee in the lobby.'

"mooi hotel alleen jammer dat ze niet iedere dag de kamer komen schoonmaken. maar helaas is dat nu steeds vaker in amerika. je betaald toch ook gewoon voor de kamer dus vind schoonmaken iedere dag toch wel zeer gewenst. je kon wel extra handdoeken krijgen"

"We hadden een wat valse start. Het leek erop dat de kamer net was schoongemaakt en schimmel was verwijderd met veel bleek. De kamer stonk verschrikkelijk en er lag pure bleek op de vloer van de badkamer. Gelukkig kregen we na het melden direct een andere kamer. Deze was prima. Mooi uitzicht op de golf. Ruime kamer met balkon. Ligging van het hotel is geweldig, direct aan het strand. Het hotel verdient wel aandacht, het is in een niet al te goede staat. Verder prima keuze voor een niet al te dure optie direct aan het strand"
