'Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. The condo was comfy but definitely needs some repairs/updating. Sink faucet was very loose, missing baseboards, lots of little things to make it...

'Loved the proximity to the beach. Within walking distance for most of the things we wanted to do. The property had a few broken items- we quickly communicated this with no issues. '

'Perfect stay for us. Close to places we needed and wanted to go. Dining and shopping all around close by. Facility is nice and new. Staff was very friendly and took care of needs when they presented themselves. Space is nice and roomy with a kitchenette, dining, living space and a good size bedroom. Least favorite part was lower water pressure in shower and not a great shower head, but overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend and would stay there again!'

'This property exceeded all of our expectations. The house is amazing and our family loved the heated pool and spa - even in January! The furnishings are all comfortable and top notch. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked. The property manager responded promptly to all of my questions. We HIGHLY recommend this property! '

'There was construction going on the whole time we were there either in the room next door or room up above us! They started every morning at 7:00a.m. The coffee pot in the kitchen needed replaced! It would not send water up the reservoir! I replaced it!😊'

'Property was nice, clean, and well maintained. It did not have heat, which is only an issue during a couple months out of the year, but the campgrounds were quiet and the staff and other residents were polite and welcoming. Will be returning.'

'We spent Christmas in this unit with our 3 adult children. The space was perfect size for our family. Views and location was great. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of family room for 5 adults. Kitchen was a good size. A little low on cooking equipment however the management group responded quickly and brought over the roasting pan I needed for Christmas dinner. Would definitely stay here again. '

'We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and I loved the huge balcony and we could see the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, however, there was not any pantry items like salt and pepper or olive oil. Not surprising but just something to be aware of. It was very quiet and we were able to spread out. Staying for the music festival and it could not have been more convenient to walk there and walk to other places. '

'We have stayed here before & good to see rooms were updated. Only issues we had at all is our floors were so dirty our feet would turn black after we took a shower if we didn’t put our shoes; nasty apparently. Our room didn’t get cleaned two days for some reason . The /supply closet fior room service was outside our room every morning the workers came in hollering duwn the hall at each other, laughing, cutting up every morning at 8:00. We were down there due to a family member living in the area...

mooi hotel

"mooi hotel alleen jammer dat ze niet iedere dag de kamer komen schoonmaken. maar helaas is dat nu steeds vaker in amerika. je betaald toch ook gewoon voor de kamer dus vind schoonmaken iedere dag toch wel zeer gewenst. je kon wel extra handdoeken krijgen"

"We hadden een wat valse start. Het leek erop dat de kamer net was schoongemaakt en schimmel was verwijderd met veel bleek. De kamer stonk verschrikkelijk en er lag pure bleek op de vloer van de badkamer. Gelukkig kregen we na het melden direct een andere kamer. Deze was prima. Mooi uitzicht op de golf. Ruime kamer met balkon. Ligging van het hotel is geweldig, direct aan het strand. Het hotel verdient wel aandacht, het is in een niet al te goede staat. Verder prima keuze voor een niet al te dure optie direct aan het strand"
