'We enjoyed this charming little cottage in the center of historical Rye. It was clean, good wifi (important for the kids) and the host reacted fast on my questions. My only remarks, with 4 people an extra comfortable chair would be welcome and we prefer a larger double bed. 'We (two families with teenagers) have had a wonderful stay in Woodchurch. Chris is a great host - he made us feel welcome in his house. Even before we arrived, thanks to his messages with explanation about the house & surroundings. We hope to visit this house again - in the spring or summer - so we can walk the public footpaths in the area. And enjoy the beautiful garden that belongs to this wonderful cottage. We loved it.'

'The cornercottage is well equipped. Big kitchen, livingroom with big tvscreen, two good size bedrooms, washingmachine. Also a terrace to have a coffee in the sun. We loved it! The sea and busstop are near. Main shops in walkingdistance. Deal has a nice old centre a you can have a long walk along the pebble beach.'

'Lovely cottage 2 minutes walk from the seafront and the Neptune pub. A coiple of minutes to high street. Only thing I would say is that the staircase is very steep and narrow and may not suit some people.'
