'I rented this property out for 39 days. Basically there isn’t a whole lot of you should expect here. It’s a very small place that is overpriced. Location is nice to Waikiki but next to a park that has a lot of homeless individuals on drugs. Customer service would receive 0 stars if available.'

'We slept like babies at night after spending days at north shore beaches. The beds were clean and comfy an with AC if we needed it but we rarely did as the weather is always perfect. Kitchen and bathrooms has towels, toilet paper and paper towels plenty for the week we were there. Their dog Huckleberry and Midnight the cat are great little beings and very polite animals. The location is ideal and away from the crazy north shore traffic. Then it is just a quick 1-2 miles to the local sights. Easy...

'The cottage itself is the second story of the two-story unit. The inside is very attractively decorated Hawaiian beach motif. It hadeverything you could need in a beach apartment with chairs, towels, umbrellas, body boards, etc. masks fins. snorkel. The apartment itself is a bit of a sauna, it’s soaks in that sun and with the humidity of the beach it is very warm and sticky. The owner has yet to fix two windows that would allow more Breeze into the apartment, I really hope she fixes them now...
