'The property didn’t give directions on how to properly enter the code to open the door. We had to talk to another person staying in the property to give us the trick to entering the code in the keypad. Additionally, we kept requesting extra pillows with no success after playing phone tag with missed calls and unanswered messages. Room was clean at least and the property is in a quiet, secluded location.'

'This large river home is full of character and has everything you need in kitchen and laundry room. Location is wonderful, beautiful yard, private beach and canoe. Only complaints are the spa was out of order and it was a big reason we picked this property. Also the pull out sofa which is included as a bed for 2 was very old and had thin mattress so no one slept on it. Luckily we brought an air mattress. The bathroom upstairs only has a tub, toilet and sink, no shower. '
