'Echt een leuke accommodatie die er goed en gezellig uitziet. Zelf inchecken met code maar we waren vroeg en ze waren nog volop bezig met de schoonmaak. Vriendelijke dames. Leuk gelegen in een klein dorpje vlakbij Pikes Peak en de Garden of Gods. Geen ontbijt maar wel een koelkast. Het enige wat voor ons tegenviel was de grootte van het bed. Die was echt te klein voor ons. Wij zijn wat langer en hebben dus 2 nachten echt oncomfortabel geslapen. Als het bed groter geweest zou zijn dan hadden we...

'very friendly, safe neighborhood. Got to see lots of wildlife, the deer were right there in the back yard in the mornings. enough kitchenette to prepare our own food, but close enough to go out too. Host left a nice note and some snacks for us and the wildlife, very good experience'

'We came here the day after our LotR themed wedding and when we arrived, it felt like we stepped right into a Tolkien novel. The lil cottage was about perfect and all rules were clear upon entering. We were a few minute walk away from the shops and I loved that. I strongly recommend anyone stay here is your can, and if we find ourselves in the area again, while I’d love to see the other property I’d be more than happy to stay in the Nest again. '

'We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and stocked with useful items. It was perfect for the two of us as we had plenty of room. We did a lot of hiking on our trip and this place was only about 20-30mins away from all of our adventures! Tons of food and grocery options near by! Thanks again!'

'Stayed here with my mom, father and aunt. All of us were extremely impressed at the cleanliness, size, and all of the amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable and having a washer and dryer was very nice! We would definitely recommend it and hope to be able to stay there again sometime.'

'My wife and I loved our stay. We have been in many VRBO’s and this was the most well thought out place we’ve stayed. It was wonderful to have so many different outdoor spaces to relax and when it started snowing, it was nice to sit in front of the floor to ceiling windows, drink coffee, and watch the snow come down. The home is very well equipped and it is located near everything v. My wife and I had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay here again.'

'We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request.'

'Great location to see the Colorado Springs are - 15 minutes fromGarden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, downtown Colorado Springs and minutes from Old Colorado City. Marianne is delightful and great to work with. Apartment is whimsical but has great space. Family of four fit well. View off decks was lovely. Hot tub was clean and had a great view. If you like modern and new this is not for you. If you like artsy and whimsical then his place is great.'

'We had a quick trip to CO Springs in early November. The VRBO was fantastic. Very clean, great space. Exceptional Views!! First snowfall of the year and it was the perfect amount to add to the beauty of the fountains. The snow kept us from Pikes Peak but we did go to Garden of the Gods. Manitou Springs is a beautiful town as well. '

However, the home is smaller than the photos suggest. It was clean and decently stocked, but the living room couch was replaced with an uncomfortable IKEA sofa that fits only 4 people closely. The only other seating options are the 3 wooden chairs and 2 decorative chairs in the dining area. All beds were uncomfortable and felt like sleeping...
