A surveillance device (camera) is located on the patio of the apartment for security of the guests and owner. No surveillance devices are located inside the apartment.
This is a 1200 sq. ft. fully private ground floor and carpeted garden level apartment with its own private entrance and patio, located in a semi-rural neighborhood five minutes by car from downtown Fort Collins. The owner resides in a carpeted second floor living space above the apartment. The rental space includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room-dining area, and a full kitchen.
The space:
- The master bedroom has a queen bed, two bedside lamps, two dressers, lounge chair, reading lamp, ample closet space, an Insignia 32-inch LED TV screen, luggage racks, clothes drying rack for hand washed items, and a picture window looking out on a large yard with three tall Austrian pine trees.
- The second bedroom also has a queen bed, bedside lamp, dresser, ample closet space, floor lamp, luggage rack, and clothes drying rack for hand washed items.
- The kitchen has a four-burner range top, a Breville countertop convection oven, microwave, crock pot, Hamilton Beach coffee maker, coffee grinder, and cooking utensils and dishes/utinsels provisioned in an executive rental style. There is a small bar-style breakfast nook in the kitchen as well.
-The large living room-dining area includes a four-person dining table/chairs, writing desk and chair, leather love seat, two fabric lounge chairs, coffee table, a Sony 48-inch OLED TV screen, and a Honeywell HPA 300 air purifier which is further supported by a GPS NPBI TM technology installed in the building's heat/air conditioning system. TV service is provided by DISH and includes 120 top channels, Showtime, Starz, DISH movie pack and Netflix. Wifi service is provided by CenturyLink.
- Clothes washer and dryer are shared by the tenant and property owner in a separate laundry room accessed via the property owner’s garage
- Secure and dedicated free parking for 2-3 vehicles is off street and on the property. Snow removal is performed by the owner. Other amenities include three bikes, a small garden in front of the apartment maintained by the owner, and patio furniture and electric grill (in summer) solely for the tenant’s use.
Biking and walking trails nearby. Ask owner for his favorite rides. Maps are available.
Three bikes with mirrors and locks are available to explore short rides to a nearby brewery, City Park, and restaurants downtown.
