Deze luxe Downtown Vibe is een privésuite op het lagere niveau onder een prachtig gerenoveerd historisch huis in het hart van de oude binnenstad van Fort Collins. In de buurt van CSU en de oude stad, het is de perfecte locatie voor iedereen die onze geweldige community wil bezoeken en dicht bij kunst en cultuur, meerdere brouwerijen, restaurants en restaurants. Elke kamer is uitgerust met een verzameling vinylplaten en platenspelers.

Gebouwd in 1905, is het liefdevol gerestaureerd en gemoderniseerd met uw comfort in gedachten in 2017. Deze slaapkamer, 1 badkamer, met een geweldige keuken, gedeelde veranda en een patio aan de achterzijde, maken van uw verblijf een plek om te ontspannen, tot rust te komen en te genieten!

Gemakkelijke toegang te voet of met de fiets naar de prachtige campus van de Colorado State University en de opwinding van de oude stad die op een steenworp afstand ligt :)) Er is een queensize bed en een uittrekbare bank, dus er kunnen 3 personen slapen.

Remington Street ligt in het hart van de oude binnenstad van Fort Collins. Het is een korte loopafstand van winkels, eten en entertainment. Oorspronkelijk was een straat waar veel van de universitaire huisvesting werd verstrekt, de wijk is een overgangszone geworden met huizen en bedrijven die dicht bij elkaar liggen.

Ons huis ligt dicht bij massale transitlocaties zoals de MAX-lijn - een noord-zuidlijn die de stadsgrenzen van Fort Collins overspant, evenals openbare toegang tot Zagster-fietsen in de buurt. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van veel van de beste attracties in Fort Collins, maar het is een korte Uber-rit van zowat elke brouwerij of andere attractie in de buurt.

Great place for two people! There are other people in the upper/large part of the house but that is clear in the description. A little bit of noise from that but again, it was not unexpected. The decor is absolutely darling and I’d recommend staying if you want to be close to campus and old town!

Perfect place to visit your CSU student
Cozy, well appointed and super convenient to campus. Loved being in a real neighborhood (in contrast to a hotel). You can walk to campus and Old Town. Amenities were as advertised and easy to use. Price is competitive to hotels in the area. I highly recommend.

Wonderful property in an excellent location. Walked to many excellent local diners, downtown FoCo, CSU campus. Apartment had everything that we needed. Refrigerator filter replacement light came on halfway through our stay and Harriet had a repairman over that day to fix the issue. Highly recommend this property.

We immediately fell in love with the place. The apartment had such fabulous decor and was perfect for the two of us. We easily walked to and from Old Town to shop and enjoy the restaurants. Despite the hot weather, the place was always so comfortable. Loved it!

Pleasantly exceeded expectations in every way!!!
Such a lovely property in an ideal location to CSU and downtown... able to do a lot of good walking with such convenience to Old Town Fort Collins, shopping, dining and exploring. The home is beautifully updated and Harriet thought of everything from additional towels and blankets to coffee available and ready for the morning. The tv offers plenty of options for entertainment and washer and dryer available. Amazed at the level of ease and convenience! This made for an excellent and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend... I think you will be very pleased. Thank you again and will stay on our return to Fort Collins.

Perfect spot for a FOCO weekend
This is another great property by this owner. This downstairs unit was the perfect size for 1 or 2 people and surprisingly spacious. It had all of the comforts of home, plus some. Beautiful space was perfect for a weekend in FOCO. Absolutely perfect location. I did not need a car to get to coffee shops, restaurants, campus, and shopping. I've already booked another weekend to return with my husband. Love it!

Slept at this apartment, using it as a base camp for our 4x4 mountain trail exploring trip. Location is convenient to downtown, and has off street parking. The apartment was just the right size for my wife and me. Counter height was perfect for me at 6’2”. My job was to make coffee each morning. The host left a bag of coffee, nice touch, but we had brought our own so we did not need it. Water pressure and laundry and shower was great. There is a room air conditioner, not central air, but it managed to keep us cool and that was key given such a warm summer week. The mattress in the bedroom was lackluster and the host mentioned she would replace it, which it needs. But in her defense, she does not sleep there so she would not know it unless told. Otherwise great stay and responsive host (via VRBO messenger). PS. There was a little bunny rabbit that greeted us in the back yard every night we got back. 😎

The basement apartment where we stayed was excellent. Sleeps 2 comfortably and was located close to the college and downtown Ft. Collins. All the appliances and kitchenware came in. Wet handy. If you are looking for a comfortable place for 2, no need to look any further.

Fantastic
This lovely Remington residence provides a spacious house and yard in a picturesque university neighborhood. As our family gathered here for a reunion, we were able to walk to Old Town shops and restaurants, have cookouts in the backyard, and sit on the spacious front porch reminiscing. Everyone loved the home and had a wonderful experience.

University Park Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. Check in details were very clear. The place was very clean- and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great and was very well equipped which was appreciated! The entertainment system was awesome- TV and record player. Comfortable bed, nice big bathroom. Freat location walking distance from lots of fun restaurants and bars. Great communication from the property manager. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay the apartment was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The shower is phenomenal and it’s nice to have a washer and dryer on site. There could be a few more dishes to make meals plus the light that comes in from the business behind was a little much, luckily, we put pillows in the window to stop the glare. I do recommend University Place to others.

Perfect for college tour
Very clean and modern furnishings. Perfect for two guests, this basement apartment is in a cute neighborhood next to CSU. Had it not been snowing I’m sure we could have walked to campus. Even with the cold temps we were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need , bathroom was spacious. Hooks for jackets and a mud tray at the front door would be useful, please. But otherwise pretty perfect. Even had a washer and dryer. I would love to stay here again.
