Kom tot rust en kom tot rust in dit prachtige 2 slaapkamer 2 badkamer Deep Water Canal huis. Dit kanaal geeft je toegang tot de rivier de Caloosahatchee en op slechts een uur rijden van de boot naar het strand van Fort Myers. Het strand van Fort Myers en het eiland Sanibel liggen op ongeveer veertig minuten rijden met de auto. U kunt gaan zitten en genieten van uw ochtend kopje koffie in de eetkamer met uitzicht op het water of gewoon ontspannen op de Lanai dit huis zal u zich ontspannen voelen in elke zin van het woord. Dit huis is voorzien van alle nieuwe meubels, apparaten, vloeren, beddengoed en accessoires. Dit huis is niet alleen volledig ingericht, maar ook uitgerust met wifi en kabel-tv. Great poolside resort
This place was a great location to stay for a nearby family wedding at the Grace River Island Resort. The property was beautiful, very clean, and had every amenity we were looking for. The pool was great and relaxing. The river views were awesome! The neighborhood was super quiet. There were chairs, umbrella, wagon, and coolers that came in handy for a beach day! Check in and check out were simple!

Backyard Paradise
The house was lovely and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed...but the backyard was really where we spent all our time. We were able to eat all our meals on the shaded lanai and then kicked back in the adirondack chairs in the pool. So relaxing!! We would definitely return.

Excellent host, great stay
Keith was a superb host. I had to reach him early on because I needed to make a change to our dates. The VRBO app wasn’t showing the change but a quick call to Keith took care of it. He followed up with a call to confirm how and when it would show up on our reservation. Keith also proactively checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. The property was exactly as described and the heated salt water pool was relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet, and close to everything we needed. If we need to rent again, we would definitely rent from Keith.

Clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for East Fort Myers/Fort Myers Shores area. Highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed. Super clean, comfortable place to spend a vacation. Owners were great. Very friendly. Had a couple of questions about the property before arriving. Promptly replied to emails. I asked if there was a blender available in the kitchen. They told me it wasn’t. When I arrived, there was a new unboxed blender on the counter. These were excellent host. Definitely went above and beyond to satisfy our stay! Thanks Keith!

All buttoned up
Excellent—-everything was provided. Three things needed correcting: the stopper in the yellow bathroom sink wouldn’t stay open to let sink empty; the tires in bikes didn’t hold air—-one valve was missing too; instructions on how to operate tv needed. I will definitely rent this one again. Thank the main reason I chose it was because the owner permitted a Tues through Thursday(10 day) rental.

The property was better than described. The house was clean, gorgeous and had amazing amenities. The pool was refreshing and beautiful. I loved the use of the beach chairs and beach wagon in the garage. Keith was very easy to communicate with and answered any question we had very quickly. Great house for a family with a lovely pool. We really enjoyed the availability of a the boat rental right out front. New Year's was awesome with fireworks and golf-cart parade. Only drawback was drive to the beach but the affordability made it worth it.

Relaxing Water Retreat
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week at this property! The house was beautiful and well stocked with all the conveniences of home. The pool was amazing and the location was gorgeous, right off the river. We rented the property owners boat for the week and we would highly recommend it!

The pictures of this house really don't do it justice. The size is quite deceiving, both from the pictures as well as the outside of the house. It is perfect for a small family, or even a couple looking for a place to relax poolside on a beautiful, enclosed patio. The house was well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. If we have the need I would definitely stay again.

Great experience
This property was fantastic. Exceeded our expectations. Property manager was fantastic with communication before, during and after our stay. The pool was great in a wonderful screened in area. Lots of accessories there for us to utilize, grill, beach umbrella, wagon, toys etc. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. I ran a few times during our stay and all neighbors were friendly. I would definitely recommend and if I go back to the area, I would stay here again.
