'Located just steps from the Quarter but far enough away that you don't deal with the crazy late night of the quarter; but located on Canal where it can just as crazy as the quarter. Busy weekend in NOLA (Bayou Classic) for our visit, the lobby was crowded and the music was WAY TOO loud in the open lobby bar on Friday. It was hard to hear anything the front desk told you when checking in. Other than that I would still recommend this location'

'I paid 600 USD per night for 2 nights. I expect a certain level of service when i check into a Ritz carlton. They use this covid situation for selling their rooms at a high price but strip all the service away. 1) There was no roomservice 2) When we were there there wan't any bar open in the hotel. 3) The safe in the room didn't work and i have been waiting in the room for hours till someone came to fix it.
