'House was well supplied and layout suits larger groups. It is situated a bit away from the main resort/facilities and up a long steep hill so using a car to get back and forth is essential. Water glimpses from upper level. Main living area is air-conditioned but bedrooms upstairs are not. ( do have ceiling fans) so can get hot in summer. House is comfortable and would stay again there. Reasonably priced.'

'The house is well presented, spacious and has a fabulous foot print for family. The kitchen was perfect and plenty of options for entertainment. Walking distance to the beach or convenience store. Toogoom beach is such a beautiful beach with white sands and safe swimming.?A most enjoyable family weekend.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lil’s place. The outdoor shower made rinsing off after a sandy adventure so much easier and the house was well equipped for our group of 9. If you are looking for a large home for your family look no further. We can not wait to return to Lil’s place in the future!(Take bug spray for the marsh flies, they are relentless!)'

'We loved our stay with family and friends. House is very spacious and cosy. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had all that was needed. We did most of our cooking on the Weber on the balcony. Great view from the balcony, we could see dingo's walking on the beach, the resident goanna and Kookaburra's made regular appearances, and at low tide the kids enjoyed the thousands of soldier crabs. We read reviews so came prepared with the extra dishwaher tabs, bin bags and laundry liquid. We had a...

'Quiet location. Walk to beach, shops and clubs / restaurants. The pool is amazing, plenty of beach towels provided, and so clean and warm. BBQ under the large awning, outside table and chairs made it very social. Beds comfortable, clean white linnen, lots of fluffy towels. The owners have tried to make it comfortable. Negatives; The dining chairs are crap and there was no dish cloth, lol. Will stay again and recommend it to all.'

'Geweldige accommodatie, prachtige kamer, heerlijke jacuzzi bij onze kamer, aan het strand met een fraai zwembad op loopafstand van het centrum. Alles zag er helemaal nieuw uit.'

Old hotel in bad need of an update

"Ol hotel needs updates. hotel items such as remotecontrol for tv and the outside ac unit were repaired using ducktape. Need to close bathroom door during shower to prevent fire alarm going of. "
