'I really loved this hotel. I was welcomed to check in early upon arrival. Super chic, clean and comfy. I was on the 5th floor and it was so quiet. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and generally, ecspecially in the morning I can hear doors slamming from adjacent rooms. I heard nothing. The shower was cool, came directly down from the ceiling, loved that. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. I would absolutlely stat here again.'

'There was someone else’s sock peeking out from under the ottoman. Obviously the room wasn’t cleaned well. In addition there was no soap dish and no drinking cups in the bathroom. We found them with the ice bucket in the bedroom. Finally the coffee pot had to be moved in order to plug in. Maybe the cleaning staff needs additional training!!!'

'The property is very special, with a historic and totally renovated pool and spa, and a large art exhibit. The bar and lobby are loaded with art and beautifully designed surroundings. Only one of three elevators were working this week, so a lot of waiting and frankly feeling unsafe. The breakfast restaurant is good. There is no lunch option and the front desk has zero intel regarding outside options. The dinner menu is ridiculously expensive and not very enticing. Drinks are crazy expensive...

I The in-house restaurant that provides free breakfast buffet, made-to-order omelets and waffles, plus free drinks and snacks during happy hour adds tremendous value that not many hotels offer! Room was really spacious and comfortable. Staff is very hospitable. Overall a great experience!'
