'We hadden een heel fijn verblijf. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en een fijne tuin. We hadden prachtig weer. S’avonds koelde het af, maar het huis is gelukkig goed verwarmd. Het ligt bij een schapenboerderij en aan een mooie wandelroute naar de bergtoppen er achter. '

'Good cottage in a very quiet village on a working farm . We enjoyed the accommodation, nice lounge with a fireplace, good sized kitchen and bedrooms . We however had to drive elsewhere for activities as there is very little to do in Bootle .'

'The location is great. The road is a tad noisy when outside but cannot hear it inside the cottage. The cottage has all essentials for 2 people. The bathroom can be quite akward even for a slim person. The shelf in the bathroom needs fixing and the doors of the shower don't close properly.'

'This is a great apartment - it has a great location within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Keswick super handy access to Booths Supermarket and great views to the North looking at Skidaw and its approaches. Inside it is comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay - all kitchen and laundry is as expected and bed linen plus bath and hand towels were provided for each guest. Will absolutely stay again.'

'Een geweldige start van de vakantie. Het huis was schoon en netjes. Heerlijk om opgemaakte bedden en schone handdoeken te vinden. Gelukkig was de zon redelijk vaak aanwezig. De kamer was donker, maar met het licht aan best gezellig. De wasmachine werkte goed en de golvende koekenpan hebben we een paar keer met succes gebruikt.'

'In dire need of attention. The entrance was disgraceful. We had to almost climb over the weeds growing out of the gaps making it extremely difficult to walk through, especially when on crutches. Whilst clean on the surface, there were hanging cobwebs, rotten windows which couldn't be opened and dirt along all the skirting boards, pillows that should have been put in the skip as they were so lumpy and the mattress cover was barely in one piece. On the plus side, if the whole place was to be...

'We all enjoyed staying in the property. It had plenty room and did not feel over crowded with 8 of us staying there. The water pressure for the showers was very good. Plenty plates/cutlery etc in the kitchen. Small point was that the oven took a very long time to cook anything but otherwise all good. We would come back.'

'The property is situated on a main road so there is some traffic noise but you would expect that from such a central location. Parking facilities are excellent. We easily got a medium car in the space available. We were lucky enough to be able to eat on the terrace balcony three times- amazing views. Overall would highly recommend'

'When we arrived our original accommodation was no longer available due to essential work going on.
