'Had to stay here unexpectedly due to major traffic delays on I-70. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Pool and hot tub were a nice surprise. Pet friendly however didn’t smell like some of the pet friendly rooms at other hotels have. Everything was clean as could be given the age. 'This place was amazing and our room was very clean. Very convenient to everything in the village,shuttle pickup & drop off infront. I personally did not drive up there this time but there was plenty of parking. The hot tub was nice juhs wished the big pool had the option to heat up as there was times the hot tub was full. 'We had no issues with out two night stay here. We had plenty of towels and heat in our room. Restaurant was decent, customer service was good at the front desk. We would stay again. '

'Prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Ruime woonkamer, keuken, slaapkamer en badkamer. Je wordt niet dagelijks lastig gevallen door housekeeping (kan desgewenst wel). Voldoende parkeergelegenheid in ondergronds garage. Ligt 50 m van de ski lift en beneden zijn gratis lockers voor je ski spullen. Sneeuwzeker gebied. 'Will be back!'

'This stay was a splurge for us, but was wonderful to spend Christmas together with our boys who are in their 20's. We actually got delicious takeout from a favorite restaurant, drank wine, and played games around the table with the fireplace going. They enjoyed having their own beds and we enjoyed the quality family time. Place was comfy and clean and close to skiing.'

'Every ski season for the last 20 years finds us at Keystone. We always stay in a condo or townhome either at River Run or very close by! I do have to say, this was by far one of the absolute best places we have stayed! Very comfortable, short walk to RR, beautiful kitchen and the jetted tub was the icing on the cake! In fact, we are going back up in about two weeks and I will, for the first time ever, strive to reserve this exact same location!'

'Overall would stay again. Couple of comments is the bed and pillows were not comfortable as hard. Parking was underneath but spots and getting in/out is very tight.'
