Each newly refurbished bedroom has its own private balcony and all are supplied with a TV with cable connection, a Radio/CD player and a hairdryer. Also, all rooms have their own shower & sink or private bathroom. Two bedrooms share a toilet on the corridor. The fully fitted kitchen is supplied with a oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. And there is a wood burning stove in the dining area for cosy evenings.
There is a large south facing garden with terrace area. There is also a games room & bar with pool table, and cosy infra-red Sauna cabin to relax in, and in the summer as a guest you can have free use of the local pool just 500 metres away (open June through until August).

And in the summer we’ve got mountain biking, rafting, sailing, golf, rock climbing, tennis, horse riding, and of course all the walking/ hiking trails you can handle, plus much much more. The nearby town of Zell am See is bursting with Austrian charm & character and the crystal clear waters of the lake combined with the surrounding mountains, really do provide a beautiful picture postcard setting. There are plenty of relaxing options too, whether that be a sightseeing & shopping trip to historic Salzburg or Innsbruck, to a leisurely boat trip around the lake or meadow walks. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday for a large group of family or friends. Winter or Summer, there are hundreds of attractions, sights and activities to be found and done in the area.
