'The condo was the perfect location and size for us during our stay. It was close to the university and the softball tournament we attended. Checking in was easy and the place was nice and clean. Communication with Catherine was great. I would definitely recommend this place.'

'Perfect place to stay especially if you have someone in the hospital. Very clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that there were no TVs in the bedrooms and for us we need one. I also wish we didn’t have to constantly ask the owner to lower the thermostat since we didn’t have control over it. Definitely understand if the cost of electricity is high. Maybe he could just put the temp on 70 when people check in that would be easier for everyone. Mr Lance was very kind and attentive to our text!'

'We gathered our adult children to celebrate a UF graduation milestone. This lovely home was perfect. It’s clean, cheery, comfortable and fully stocked. A little too cool for a swim, but the pool was a pretty feature. We enjoyed making breakfast and snacks in the renovated kitchen. We were able to comfortably seat everyone to reconnect and catch up in the living room. The sofa in the den tucked off the kitchen worked great for a fourth sleeping area. Perfect place for a relaxing stay. '

'Very comfortable bungalow close to UF. Nice amenities. Bring all necessary food and condiments though as kitchen is bare of pantry items. No olive oil or cooking spray for pan. Nice floor plan bath tub deep for nice soak.Enjoyed the location to hiking trails and parks.Many restaurants close by as well.'

'We stayed 5 nights in this home to visit our son who recently relocated to Gainesville. The home is conveniently located. The host was very responsive to communication and made everything easy. The home is CLEAN and very tastefully decorated and cozy. The extra details like the lighting, the plants, the bedding, the comfortable furniture makes this a 10/10 property. We will stay here again when we return to Gainesville. '

'The town house was clean, and had most of what we needed. We were there for two weeks. The area is very run down, and the neighbors are very loud and there was something fishy going on next door. Not the owner’s fault.'

Een ‘groots’ hotel met kleine kanttekeningen

"De grootsheid van het hotel maakt indruk…snel en vriendelijk ingecheckt en een mooie grote kamer. Het toilet is klein en je komt klem te zitten als de deur dicht moet. Verder zijn er sporen van ‘ouderdom’, maar daar heb je geen last van. Hot tub buiten heerlijk warm. Ontbijt met plastic bestek en geen yoghurtjes (om toch maar iets te klagen te hebben). We zouden het zo weer boeken…"
