Het huis werd professioneel gerenoveerd en ingericht in 2018, en is geschikt voor maximaal 22 personen !! U zult genieten van onze grote, afgeschermde patio aan de achterkant met veel zitplaatsen en uitzicht op de oceaan!

Nice house, service NEEDS improvement
At the beginning, when I booked the reservation, I purchased the reservation insurance through VRBO, which allows a 10 day period in which you can have a free walk-through of the property before the start date of your reservation. When contacting the owner, they said that they wouldn't be able to do that, even though I paid for the insurance which allowed me to. When we arrived at the house, we found the pictures in the ad to be misleading about it's location. It's located right next to an out- dated warehouse/shop, which is blocking most of the view of the ocean. When we walked up the stairs to the mesh-enclosed open patio, half of the screen on the door at the entrance from the stairs to the patio was hanging off. Multiple wasps inside patio. The house looked nice, but none of the dishes or utensils in the kitchen were clean. We had to wash everything we wanted to use before using it. There was a live roach in the utensil drawer in the kitchen. There were no toilet paper holders in any of the bathrooms. There was hair in the tub in the master bath. The master bed was very low quality and very soft. One of the glass doors in the living room that opened up to the open patio was broken. The charcoal grill grate had never been cleaned. The sliding glass door to the small patio connected to the master bedroom wouldn't lock. The master bedroom tv would turn on by itself at random times. The seat on one of the chairs on the patio connected to the kitchen was broken.

Left property within 30 minutes of check in. House had water leak in master bedroom. Whole house smelling of mildew. Water stains in the celing of the bedroom. Floors not swept and mopped in a while. Crack in glass of sliding door. Owner and management copany need to do better.

My family & I had an amazing stay! The house gave a very homey vibe, the pool was very clean, & so were the all the rooms in the house. The outside was so nice!!!! It was very well lit, so it was perfect to enjoy that night breeze. We will for sure be staying again!

The house is very big, enough for a big family. Although, it is not conditioned to be rented. The bedroom's do not look like they do in the photos. Our kids got a room because supposedly it was enough space, it was not. We were missing a bed that was clearly in the picture and in the description. One of the bedroom's had bugs, on the mattress, walls, pillows, etc. We had to abandon that bedroom and sleep on the floors and couches. We tried reaching out to the host, but she answered until 4 hours later, and did not help at all. All the bedroom's mattresses are not in good condition. The bed's need to be updated completely. The cleaning was extremly horrible. The bed sheets were extremly dirty. The bathroom was dirty, the shower's were rusted and the tub was dirty. The pool was in horrible condition. My family and I rented this house specifically, because we wanted our kids to have a pool to swim, that is not what happened. The pool was filled of toads and algea. Mosquitoes were all around the pool, and in the house. There aren't enough cooking utensils as it says in the description. The host has to be a little more comprehensive and kind. In conclusion the house is not in condition at all to be rented.

Not ready for guests
We arrived to an electrical crew working on rewiring the house and no electricity until over 2 hrs after check in.The AC didn’t cool the property until 3am.There was no hot water, because the crew turned off the gas and uninstalled the gas meter. It was obvious that the cleaning crew came into the hot house with no electricity to make beds, set out towels, and throw a bucket of pine sol and water on the dining area floor. Nothing was clean, the coffee pot was broken and filled with molded grounds, and there were spiders in one of the beds. The pictures need updating as the room set up was not what we planned for. The next day the owner made arrangements for us to move to a different property at 5pm that was slightly smaller but had several couches. The problem was he never sent the address or lockbox code to the new property. After rearranging our plans and repacking 11 Girl Scouts and 7 chaperone’s gear and sending several messages asking for the property info, we ended up waiting til 5:30 when I was forced to call to receive the info. The new property was cleaned and ready, however, additional bedding and towels were not provided for the additional guests that the owner was informed would be needed, so we had to make do. The rest of our stay was uneventful and pleasant. We were very thankful an alternative arrangement was able to be made. It’s beyond obvious that this original booking should never have been made or alternative arrangements made prior to our arrival.

Pics of property are not accurate. We booked property for # of ppl as well as for the double oven pictured (Thanksgiving meal)!!! Was also missing the couch pictured on 2nd story where we had planned to do movie night with the kids. Quite disappointing in both aspects— pics need updating or corrected to be what is depicted. Otherwise property was nice, spacious and relaxing. Door on porch was cracked at the bottom, sink in upstairs front bathroom leaks and locks on doors need improvement. Just thought you should be aware of shortcomings. Overall, feel a refund is due as a result of mis-advertising related to pics posted.

Long Weekend Stay
Disappointed. Was right next to a business. Thought we might actually have a nice view from part of the house. Not! The host was difficult to deal with. He kept worrying about what we would be doing although we were all adults. Also very concerned about the number of vehicles on the property. On arrival front door key from lockbox barely worked. So hard for guests to get in and out. Many things in need of repairs. We took pictures and mentioned them the next morning. No apologies or concerns from host. The house had an odd odor. Two other properties I secured for other friends and family were delightful and the hosts were helpful and friendly. I would not recommend this VRBO property or host.

Beautiful house; Great communication
This house was so wonderful and we do have it on our list to rent again. There were several nice surprises like a small pool for the kids and extra bunk beds in all rooms. The neighbors were also very friendly. Russell was excellent in communicating with us on any questions. We loved this property so much and miss it already.
