Typical Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by nature divided into 2 structures, both on 2 levels and of different sizes, to accommodate families or couples, surrounded by 42 hectares of vineyards and olive trees. The entire complex is surrounded by a garden with a relaxation area created under an ancient oak tree, perfect for enjoying the Tuscan panorama. The farm also offers a seasonal swimming pool and a children's play area.
Apartment located on the first floor of the main building, shared entrance. Perfect for four people. Consisting of: kitchen and living area with sofa, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. In the garden there is a gazebo with table and chairs and a small lounge.
Bed and bathroom linen is provided. The kitchen is complete with various pots and pans, microwave oven, moka, hairdryer in the bathroom, TV, ceiling fan in the bedroom. Sofa bed for one person.
Each apartment in our structure has a private entrance; The outdoor spaces are shared and can therefore be used by all guests of all apartments (swimming pool, parking, children's play area, relaxation area, grill).
For each apartment an external area (patio) adjacent to the house is assigned, in addition to the assigned place in the swimming pool (deckchairs and an umbrella).
The swimming pool can be used from April 15th to October 15th. Air conditioning is present in the bedrooms.
Linen and towels are included in the price.
