A Perfect Place To Get Away
This lovely get away far exceeded our expectations. Everything about it made for a wonderful stay on beautiful Beaver Lake. The rental was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable, and manager checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We so very much loved this place that we hope to be able to go back some day.

Stress free getaway
The accommodations were perfect and had everything we needed during our stay (3 nights). The sunrise was beyond words as was the hospitality of the owners. The only unexpected thing was the walk to the water. Less than 1/4 mile but has some steep, rocky areas. The walk was well worth it every time though. We would definitely book this property again.

The most beautiful sunrises we have ever seen. The place was beautiful inside and out. Very clean and Jeff & Teresa left out no detail. We quickly became friends with them….we share a love for The Lord so that was very special! The dogwoods and redbuds were in full bloom and beautiful. Absolutely outstanding
Without a doubt, this is one of the nicest, cleanest and well stocked VRBO's we've stayed at. It is clear that the owners have put significant thought into providing absolutely everything you could need and into providing a wonderfully restful atmosphere. We made many meals in the kitchen, which had everything you could possibly need. Our kids enjoyed walking down to the dock (steep but very doable for most) to fish and enjoy the scenery. Would be great for swimming in warmer months. Beds were so comfortable and it was great to have the kids in a separate area. This is a great spot for those looking for total privacy and an off-the-beaten path spot in Northwest Arkansas.

Beautiful Sunrise View
Loved the view. Everything was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. The convection oven/microwave worked like a charm. Owner manual was available. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Large bathroom/shower. Easy access to the dock but steep in a couple of places. You can drive down close to the dock with an ATV. I would check with owner about your vehicle before trying to drive. Dock for swimming and launching a kayak / paddle board was nice. I would stay here again and bring my inflatable paddle board. Keep in mind you are in a basement apartment. Owners were there during my stay but I only heard a few footsteps at times. No talking or TV could be heard. Great patio with table and chairs and a large swing. Also fire pit with chairs (but burn ban during my stay). Good communication with owner. And again, the view was outstanding. I can't say enough about the view.

Amazing stay
The property was better than listed. They put a lot of work into cutting down trees that obscured some of the view of the lake, so it's much better than the pictures show. It was so peaceful and quiet. You can tell they care about their guests.

This was an amazing place to stay and just enjoy peace and quiet to get away from the fast paced life we all live today. The view is wonderful especially when the moon shines. My 2 teenage boys enjoyed it as well, they didn't even makea fuss.

Incredible lake views
I picked this particular property due to the proximity to the lake. It is also a relatively new VRBO. I was a bit worried about no range/oven but the owners have provided everything in the kitchen you need to make a four course meal. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed swimming off the swim dock. Very close to Eureka Springs. We will be back!

Beautiful view! Loved reconnecting to nature .Absolutely Stunning sunsets across the lake.Our host Jeff and Teresa have anticipated our every need! Bring your groceries and stay awhile.We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds, we even saw a bald eagle! Comfy beds, kitchen has everything you need to create a meal. My sister and I visited the town of bentonville, 25 miles away, quaint town. Also the town of Rogers. Eureka Springs is about 40 minutes away. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

The property is gorgeous and the apartment is spotless and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and then some. The property is a distance from town, especially if going in to Bentonville/Bella Vista area, but a nice retreat from the hustle of the city.

"Heaven on Earth"
The host and hostess were super friendly and helpful. The property was far more than we expected. It has a million dollar view and sun rises are even better. I can't think of one thing that could be better. We really enjoyed our stay. We recommend this property highly for everyone.

Perfect Babymoon
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Jeff & Teresa's downstairs apartment! The hosts respected our privacy and were very accommodating and quick to respond to a text or phone call for anything we needed. Jeff even let us know when he was headed to town to see if he could pick up anything for us. The linens were luxurious, the accomodations and finishes were top notch, and the view was spectacular. We really enjoyed dropping our kayaks in the water and fishing nearly every evening (4 wheel drive was required to get back up from the dock, but that was no problem for our truck) and we enjoyed our breakfasts on the back patio overlooking the lake each morning. This place is off the beaten path and so peaceful, yet close enough to enjoy a fun day of shopping in Rogers, or a lovely evening in Bentonville. We really enjoyed our time in Arkansas, and the amazing base camp at Jeff & Teresa's was exactly what we needed.

What my wife & I greatly enjoyed was: - the modern, up-to-date, and spacious architectural design & layout, - completely privacy and quiet (especially out on the veranda), - a stunning view of Beaver Lake (& its boating scene) - with new furniture (inside & outside), complete kitchenware & appliances, home entertainment center, - very uplifting decor and spiritual environment. We can tell the owners/builders have gone the extra mile in presenting this haven of refreshment. We look forward to coming back!

4th of July Lake Fireworks!
My family and I (7 people) stayed at the Sonrise very comfortably! Our plan was to stay somewhere on Beaver with lake access and close to some great fireworks and this place was perfect. We played on the lake during the day, sat on the porch (beautiful view) in the evenings, and watched movies on the big screen tv and modern recliner sofa at night. The fireworks at Ventris are amazing as easily a hundred boats gather in the water to watch. Could not have asked for a better location, and the generous host family went way above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. 10/10 hospitality all the way. We loved our holiday weekend at the SonRise BNB

Birthday Getaway
My husband and I count ourselves lucky to have been able to book a 2-night stay at this lovely apartment just a few days before our arrival. We throughly enjoyed our short stay and the many thoughtful amenities provided by our hosts, such as our cup of morning coffee/tea (k-cups provided), complete with sweeteners & cream, a pack of cosmetic removal disposable wipes, a bottle of water for everyone in our booked party. Our bed was comfy, the cabin lovely and new, the kitchen well-stocked with cooking tools and equipment... and the view of Beaver Lake.... beyond words. We spent more time on the porch swing taking in the view.... than we did on the sofa in front of the TV!. Our first morning, we walked down to the property's private boat/swim dock --in order the determine whether it might be a good spot to launch our kayak. The dock offers a lovely place to swim. But due to the road being fairly steep in spots, and maybe a 1/4 mile in total distance.... we decided to keep our time here simpler... and forgo the kayaking. (Too heavy to haul... and we didn't want to carry a wet kayak back up in our SUV.) Our host wisely suggested that all-wheel drive makes the drive to and from the dock easy... as the climb back up can prove a challenge for any not in good physical condition. Luckily, we had no problems -- and thought the walk to and from the dock was really quietly lovely -- especially the property's rock outcroppings. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hidden oasis!
I stayed at the SonRiseBNB with a group of friends over Memorial Day weekend. The property could not have been more beautiful. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the kitchen fully stocked for us to make meals at home. The patio boasted incredible sunrise views every morning. The home is located 15 minutes from a nearby marina should you choose to rent a boat for the weekend. The home is also near Rogers and Bentonville, which made for fun excursions in the evening. The dock was loaded with floaties for my friends and I to spend the day sunbathing and hanging out on the water. We could not have had a better experience and will definitely book this home again on our next visit to Beaver Lake!
