'Last minute getaway for two nights, And this place was all I hoped for and more. Clean and an awesome setting right across from the ferry to Run Point. It was so so nice, and we are glad we got to meet the owners during our 2 night stay. They are awesome and were so interested in making sure our stay was going well! You wo t regret i!'

'Alex & Katja are wonderful hosts - you can tell they really love their place and what they do!Katja communicated well in advance so check in was flawless, and Alex has some great food recommendations.Everything you could possibly need was there - each unit has its own private hot tub, and there is a shared space with lounge chairs, tables and even a grill. And inside, everything imageable is stocked - just show up and enjoy a little slice of paradise!'

'Bea and Gene, you have a lovely home located strategically to everything in Venice with an easy approach to Sarasota or Fort Myers.Our stay started on Sunday, February 16 and we left on Saturday, February 22. The room we had was beautifully laid out with plenty of room for my wife and I to actually work from. Had a refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. There is a common area with washer and dryer and stove. Everything appeared brand new. We visit the Venice, Florida area a couple times a year...

'We lived in Rotonda until 2024 and have friends still living there. And we were able to visit our favorite restaurants, specifically Ken & Barb’s on Placida Road.The weather was perfect every day except the day we arrived. Marina allowed us to check in sn hour earlier because we had been driving all day in rain and arrived before the usual check in time. There are 3 televisions in this condo, a larger group would be comfortable in this 3 bedroom two bathroom unit.'

'There was good communication and a cleanly place, worth the price and I would stay again. It's good for a place for sleep or rest. Not set up for any work station and only basic kitchen need for cooking (such as a hotplate.) but found it hard to work on computer and I wouldn't be cooking. So it was fitting enough and would stay again.'
