'Wellspring Cottage was the perfect place for us to relax and refresh as we celebrated our anniversary. Wendy's welcome of beautiful flowers, tasty treats, and bubbly was a lovely surprise. The cottage is extremely comfortable and cozy, with many decorative details that add to its atmosphere. What a blast to tool around the property on the golf cart! We also really enjoyed fishing and sunning on the dock at the pond. Terrific place in every way!'

'The property is a beautiful cottage with easy access to Temple and Belton. Horses on the property next door with treats to feed them if you want. Extremely quiet and relaxing getaway location. Cottage is clean and comfortable and was a great launching point for our Belton adventures. Snacks waiting on our arrival and had great and easy communication with our hosts. Can't wait to stay there again!'

'This is wonderful place, but needs better description of house. The beds upstairs in one bedroom, had no top sheets, just bedspreads, and top bunks not good for adults due to ladders. Nothing major, I’m sure they will get it stocked in time, or at least tell perspective tenants to bring their own cup towels, dish clothes, pot holders etc. trash cans in bathrooms, for price per night this should be a 5 star listing in our opinion. 'This property was perfect for my family with 3 kids, five years old and younger. The inside is clean and beautiful with many thoughtful touches. And the outside is serene and spacious, with front and back porches to relax on and watch the kids play. We loved the feeling of being out in the country while having the conveniences of a full kitchen and a thoughtfully furnished space. The owners are wonderful - quick to respond to messages and so kind and considerate! Loved, loved, loved!'

'It was really good once we found it. Enjoyed the stay. '

'The property was easy to get too. Was close to UMHB and that was perfect. Unfortunately the door cofe didnt work at first and we was late getting in the property by 4 hrs. The property manager was good at letting us know what was going on. She was very nice and the house was beautiful. Needs a little touch up here and there but its great for kids and teenagers. The barbie room was the best. Will definitely stay again. '

'This is a cozy house in a bucolic setting. I left a list of a couple of things that needed attention and a few suggestions. That aside, it was a great stay!'

'The home was not clean and had ants. It smells like smoke so much so that even my luggage smelled like smoke. The neighborhood is not great. Definitely not worth the price. When I brought the ants and the fact that the house was not cleaned to the manager’s attention …they did spray for ants and clean up. The manager was helpful but I would not stay here again. The smoke smell was awful.'

'My husband and I decided at the last minute to find/book a Vrbo for the Texas/UGA game this last weekend and found this cute little cottage. It was comfortable and cute and fit exactly what we needed. Therese and her husband Mark were so hospitable and sweet and their dogs on property are so friendly. We highly recommend booking this cottage and would definitely stay again. '
