'The hotel was amazing, from the beautiful view at room 305 to the excellent staff (front desk, dining/kitchen and auxiliary staff). Mira and Yuri was great in accommodating to anything I needed. my issues only was that the WIFI is spotty outside the hotel, even the balcony. The shower bit small. No elevator/lift. 'Over all it was a good stay. You can't get any closer and for a first look at the pyramids this is the place. It's a no-frills place but if you want good views, this is it. Also it may appear to be a in unsafe area but it is actually pretty secure and safe. They a plenty of YouTube videos that will show you exactly what to expect. '

Thing that let it down for me was the fact I booked it for the free airport shuttle, but when I came to booking the taxi they said it was only for guests staying for 5 days so be aware of that when booking as they don’t make that clear. Google's address was great at finding the hotel, we just needed to know the building number, 15/16. Our room was on the top floor, the fifth floor, all stairs and no elevator. 'The place was dirty, dirty floors, dirty bathroom, bugs in the bed. Still had last guest’s toothbrush most likely from 6 months ago given IT’s condition left on the hot water tank valves. Dogs running around the street at night fighting with each other. Looks nothing like IT’s pictures as posted. Will never, ever stay there again. Horrible place. '
