'I used to live in this beautiful area and it was such a treat to be able to stay somewhere right in the middle of all that is historic downtown Orlando. It is such a unique and beautiful neighborhood and NOTHING like other areas of the city--but you have to experience it to understand that. Dyna's spot is smack in the midst of it, and just a few minute's walk to the little bars, bistros and quaint places to gather, including Lake Eola. She is a lovely person and we could not have enjoyed staying...

'Overall great. No major complaints. Anything that I could “complain” about would be minor cosmetic upgrades - nothing that actually impacted my stay. Definitely staying here again. '

'Wij waren in Orlando voor een familie reünie en hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht, praktisch en ruim ingericht en was goed schoon. Het huis mag wel wat (verf) onderhoud. Daarbij was het servies (bestek, borden, wijn-/bier glazen) te beperkt. Wel fijn dat de bedden waren opgemaakt, en er wasmiddel, zeepjes, handdoeken en vuilniszakken aanwezig waren. 'Everything was great!! Nancy had a small welcome basket for us which was a nice treat since we got in late! She worked well and responded extremely fast to any questions or requests. The place was spot on the description! Very relaxing and peaceful! We would definitely stay again if we get back to the area! Thank you Nancy for a wonderful weekend '

'We traveled with our grown children, their spouses, and our grandchildren. This home is stocked with everything you need from beach towels, wagon and a beach canopy to a kitchen complete with an extra ice maker for beach cooler fill ups! We opted to heat the pool for our stay and were not disappointed. The short walk to the beach was a breeze, making trips back and forth super easy. Extremely clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated!'

'This is a great property! Its location put us very close to everything we were doing (Universal, Kia Center, and restaurants). The pool is great! My only suggestion is to leave a list of things to do each day for pool maintenance (empty the filter basket, empty the vacuum baskets, etc) so that the leaves don’t overwhelm the pool. I figured it out as I went and it was fine, but if you aren’t familiar with pool care like me, it takes a little bit of investigation. Overall, great home,...

'We enjoyed our stay, the private beach access with lifeguard, golf kart, proximity to town and the hot tub were wonderful. The only negatives are the stairs to the second level are narrow and small and the bathrooms downstairs and very small. The property manager was fabulous to deal with and was quick to respond and resolve issues. We would definitely return. '

'for me, it was excellent. I want to be close to Orlando executive airport for some flight training. Location was spot on facilities were great. The only thing I could say is that they should maybe clean the exterior windows, but the interior was spotless. All equipment worked except the oven which they knew the previous renter had broken the glass, but otherwise everything was A-OK'

'We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

'My family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding in NSB. It was perfect for walking to everything on Flagler. We also rented the pool house and that was nice to have an extra bathroom, bedroom and hide a bed. Highly recommend! '

'This rental fit the unique needs of our group very well. We needed a very specific # of beds and bathrooms to keep all family members happy. Location is good, but like many things in Orlando, challenged due to busy streets and long traffic lights. Rental is very well stocked with cooking supplies and amenities.'

"Vlakbij airport. Handig als je vroeg op airport moet zijn. Kamer was ruim en schoon! Ze bieden airport shuttle aan. We stond klaar voor shuttle van 5uur. Half uur later was de shuttle er nog steeds niet. Dan maar Uber besteld. Ze gaven aan dat er file was, maar er was helemaal geen file zo vroeg in de ochtend. Op een gegeven moment stonden zoveel mensen in de lobby dat ze niet meer wisten wie er als eerste stonden. Het was “first come, first serve”. Ik zou zeggen geef iedereen een nummertje. ;)"
