'Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. 'To start off. One of the reviews had me think a bit. But all the others were great so I knew this was someone that’s not a lake person for sure. The house was perfect. Very very clean. My wife and I and 3 boys 20 years old. My other son and his wife here just for the day on the lake. We stayed 2 nights. The boys absolutely loved the monopoly game till like 4 in the morning. The lake cove was just awesome. The pontoon boat swim deck was the bomb. 15 feet deep right off the back of the deck. Water...

'The outside of the house is not very clean and appealing. It advertises 2 bedrooms but does not mention you have to go through one BR to get to the other BR. The bed in the first BR is very squeaky. Should have gotten a hotel room.'

'The property was cozy and adequate size. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils and did have some dry food stuffs left over. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Was close enough to downtown Fayetteville to get there quickly. '
