'We just finished up our annual week-long family reunion at Chandler Ridge. The family comes and goes as they need, and we are able to kick back, relax, and enjoy each other and the wonderful, peaceful quiet. Mary responded immediately when we had an issue, and was extremely respectful of our privacy and time together. Absolutely fabulous!'

'What a great find! We loved our stay. The cabin was exceptionally clean (you can't tell they allow dogs) and in a serene area. We loved having the pond (and floating living room!) and caught some fish. My son enjoyed playing football and running around all the grassy areas and using the firepit for s'mores. We even ventured through the small woods to the shores of the Kentucky River which is just behind the pond. The pictures don't do this cabin justice. It's about a 25-minute drive to downtown...

'The CUTEST little cabin! Iwas in town for an event at Kentucky Horse Park and it was hard to leave this place each morning! Large comfortable bed, nicely appointed with a mini fridge, microwave, & toaster oven. Cabin was bright with lots of windows & views for days! Host was EXTREMELY responsive and Welcoming. HIGHLY recommend!'

'We really enjoyed our stay here. We were allowed our 2 family dogs and the quietness was wonderful. The hosts were very accommodating and were very considerate. It snowed our last night there and they contacted us to let us know there was no hurry to check out if we were concerned about the roads. The cabin is so historic, which I truly enjoy. The cabin is located near several of the distilleries we were visiting. It is well stocked! The internet was very iffy but it gave us some great family...

'Cabin was clean and hosts were very responsive with any text message questions. As stated in other comments the area leading to the cabin was a little sketchy but once at the end of the road you are around 2 other nice cabins and another well kept home. We would definitely stay there again if we ever are pass through. Only 20 mins from the Ark encounter so very convenient if that is your destination. '

'We all had an enjoyable time. We enjoyed the farm fresh eggs every morning, they were delicious. The kids and I enjoyed feeding the animals. Thank you for all the food to feed them. 'We loved our stay! Our pup had the best time and the kids loves the rustic cabin. It was cold but we knew that going into it and were dressed accordingly. The heater kept it warm with the door shut. Our dog was very happy while we were at the Ark for the day. The host is wonderful and vet accommodating. He made sure the heater and the lights were on since we arrived in the dark. Super cute property we would love to return!'

'My husband and I enjoyed our time on the farm. It was a quick one-night stay so we didn't get to take advantage of the hiking trails. The cabin is clean and cozy, and the upgrade of the bathroom area (from porta potties to a real bathroom with a toilet and sink) was an awesome surprise. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in town. '

'My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a quick bourbon trail trip and had a great time. The cabin is conveniently located and easy to find, and the host made it easy to get settled when we were arriving late. We had everything we needed in terms of kitchen/bathroom supplies and found the place comfortable and well-suited to our needs. We would definitely recommend!'
