'We arrived late Friday night. Upon arrival we noticed no one had swept the massive amount of leaves. With it being dark and wet, we definitely could have fallen very easily. 'We had a very relaxing and great vacation! The communication with the agent couldn’t be better. Make sure you bring a 4 wheel drive car for a safer drive and flashlights in case you get to the chalet late at night. Also, the heated floors is a plus when you come in the winter! 'Pine mountain chalets resort was a cute place to stay. HOWEVER this cabin was a dump. Needs a good thorough clean and revamp. Mattresses, appliances, blinds and bedding all need to be replaced. It needs some basic maintenance such as filling holes in walls and repainting. TVs were a joke. Couldn’t get dvd player to work. Couldn’t even give my grandkids a bath because there was no plug in bathtub! No hairdryer, shampoo or dish washing soap. Walkway to cabin is rotten in places. We left a...

'Beautiful view of lake, quiet and tranquil setting. Comfortable mattresses and furniture. Easy to work with management...very responsive. Only complaint -- the place could be cleaner. Not sure if spiders can be avoided at this time of year, but found a few in upstairs bedroom. '

'Overall the place was nice we didn’t use the outside space much since it was cold but did note the outside furniture could be updated. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Furniture in the living area was a bit worn. The bedrooms were comfortable. Loved the area and proximity to Callaway Gardens. Merry Christmas!'
