'Wonderful stay in this beautiful historic property. Lynn greeted us at check in and gave us the full run down of the property and set the tone for a great long weekend away. Reliable wifi and a TV with all the apps if you're looking to stay connected and plenty of opportunities to disconnect with trails starting right out the front door, a fire pit, and books and games to take advantage of. Close to so many activities in the area but far enough away to enjoy total solitude as well.'

'This rental was a perfect home away from home to have our granddaughter visit us during our stay. The house is clean and has plenty of space to entertain our guests. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub on our first night there, and it felt great after our long drive up. When it was time for bed, the upstairs master suite awaiting us had a roomy and very relaxing bed with soft large pillows and a fluffy comforter. 'We went in November for a small family retreat and did expect to nor did we swim or kayak. But being on the lake, sitting on the dock and small beach was a magical way to see so many many stars in the sky. It was steps to walk into Pawtuckaway park and go in a hike. We made it to the fire tower!'

'Fairly new house on the pond. Little sand beach. Canoe, paddle board and kayaks (need new/more paddles). Spacious. Large, well appointed and supplied modern kitchen. Nice master suite. Only one bathroom on ground floor for 3 bedrooms. Plenty of bench seating on deck facing lake, but could use use some chairs with cushions. '

'The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!'

'This is a great little get away location. The pond neighborhood is quiet and everything is well maintained. Squirrel friends to watch gather nuts and ducks to calm the soul. '

'Our family of 7 enjoyed the space this house offered. Lei was very quick in responding to questions. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. My kids really enjoyed the Pine St. Eatery for breakfast and it's right around the corner from this house.'

'This fit the bill for an unplanned birthday overnight. Everything went smoothly and was as described. We regret our stay was too short to enjoy some of the amenities but we hope to return.'

'Beautiful, cozy house on a great lake! Best landscaped property on the lake with fishing, canoeing/kayaking, and floating. Can watch the boats go by from bar on the deck - or watch the eagles catch their meal.'

'Our visit was short but absolutely wonderful. Our host had thought of everything - coffee, tea, pancake mix, eggs, and a ton of other goodies that made us feel absolutely spoiled. We spent every moment possible enjoying the porch and overlooking the river. Bedding, furniture, and amenities were all incredible. We all wished we could have stayed much longer and would book again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back in the area.'

'We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home this past weekend. We were attending a family wedding and the house fit all 8 adults nicely plus our 8 month old granddaughter. It had a nice comfortable living room area for hanging out and a good size kitchen table for breakfasts together. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. Thank you for your hospitality!'
