'The hotel is beautiful and the staff is top notch. Kenny, at the door, was the best host and helped me get acclimated to the hotel and to the French Quarter. The room, was clean and had a gorgeous balcony. The heat, however, wouldn’t get above 62 degrees the first night. After I called maintenance, it couldn’t get above 68. That was fine for me, but it was weird that it couldn’t work better. '

'It was a nice hotel, in the middel of french quarter. The only thing which is negative is that we had no hot water in the shower. We asked to solve it but at our day of leaving it was not solved. Lets put the fact that it was decandance weekend there was no repair men available……'

'Stayed at this location for the third time and it was great as usual. The room was spacious with a great view of the bridge and close to all the restaurants and even a parade. Best part was they were able to accommodate me getting into my room a little early. I'll be back!'

'This hotel had so much charm. It is located close to Jackson Square and a hub of restaurants and attractions. But the best part was Elysiah at the front desk. She is a true professional. She had champagne sent to our room for my husband’s birthday. This establishment is a class act. Thank you Elysiah You made our visit even more Special. '

'Our stay at Loews made a great trip incredible! I have to mention Allisant (sp?), who upgraded our room when he found out it was my 40th birthday. Thank you sooo much! I felt so special. They also sent up wine and cheese and a birthday card! The hotel is central to so many attractions. It was quiet at night and I felt safe in the area. The beds were VERY comfortable and the room was clean. Even the restaurant was great! I will definitely be back when we visit again!'

'I will tell everyone going to NOLA to stay here! It is in the perfect location, close/walkable to everything but on a quiet street. It was a very clean, comfortable room with a lovely bathroom. It had an adorable courtyard and nice bar attached (Thomas was great). Desk attendants (Jerome & Tony) were very friendly and professional. My only slight was that the parking is a bit expensive at $51 a night (with tax), but it was located inside the property with gate access so car was safe. '

'Stayed in a King Deluxe room. Very beautiful. Loved staying in a historic building. Staff was attentive and friendly. The courtyard was peaceful. Convenient location. My only complaint was the water pressure of the shower but understandable in such an old building. '
