'Goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Comfortabel huis met een heerlijk zwembad. Enkel zijn het dorp of het strand niet op loopafstand.'

'Mooie locatie en prachtig uitzicht, maar helaas klopt de omschrijving van deze villa niet helemaal. De eigenaars laten na om te vermelden in de omschrijving dat ze zelf tussen de villa en het zwembad verblijven. Bij het huren van een vakantiewoning is privacy voor ons van top prioriteit. Daar komt dan nog eens bovenop dat de eigenaar op de voorlaatste dag 4 andere gasten liet verblijven in zijn kamer! We werden hiervan op de hoogte gesteld nadat deze personen reeds toekwamen. Ons protest werd...

'The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. 'The property was not what had shown to be , very small for a group of 15 people and the bedroom and bathroom in some of the rooms you can hardly fit in the showers , very small indeed, the swimming pool was amazing they all enjoyed themselves in pool, the view was beautiful some days and some days you couldn’t see anything because of the smog , the whole house was too small altogether'

'Villa in ottima e strategica posizione a Capo Vaticano, ideale per raggiungere tutte le più belle zone della Costa degli Dei e dell'entroterra. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tanto spazio sia all'interno che all'esterno. 'La villa Anna est décorée avec harmonie et la terrasse vous offre une vue incroyable. Il manque pas grand chose pour la monter en gamme : une cafetière qui ne fuit pas, du linge de maison correcte ( les serviettes sont usées et dépareillées, pas de torchons) et une poubelle digne de ce nom car il faut lutter tous les jours contre les chiens errants. Un guide d’utilisation de la maison et des environs serait un plus. Si vous choisissez cet emplacement pour être au calme,et écouter le rythme...
