'Nice property, fair price on a great location. Hotel allows free use of bikes, which is a necessity in this 'residence only parking' area. Close to 5th Street. Unfortunately lots of private jets fly over this hotel.'

'We had a wonderful time on Marco Island. The convenience of the Hilton Club Regency makes it even more fabulous! The unit is lovely with a great view of the luscious green lawn, towering palm trees and the blue pool water. So relaxing. Loved the screen porch. Easy walk into and out of the unit and the walk to the beach is simple as well. Great reviews from all of my family members! We all had a great time and enjoyed the unit and all it had to offer!'

'Overall we both liked the property, it was exactly as shown , shower was great full size fridge and ac worked well . The bed was very must have a very thick pillow top . I was worried I’d wake up with a back ache but I did not . It must have good firm support under the pillow top . Our only complaints were that we had been out all day exploring the Everglades and arrived at the place tired and hungry to find out the one restaurant was closed until maybe May. So we had to drive almost 25 min...

'This condo is a dream vacation!!! It has all the most modern appliances and is so well stocked. The beds are a dream to fall asleep in. Alan made sure we were comfortable and lacked for nothing. It is spotless!! The location is amazing. The pools and gym are a 2 minute walk--so convenient!! We had question when we first arrived and he answered us immediately. Alan is a gracious host and really cares about making your vacation the best!! We would rate the whole property and Alan a 10+!!'
