'This property is a rare gem with a stunning location and view. We loved our time there.'

'Great location, comfortable property with really nice beds, nicely equipped with good AC. Could easily stay here again. The secondary toilet seemed to work ok, but neither one of us was going to sit on it. It looked questionable. We didn't need it, as the master bath toilet was fine. All 3 bedrooms looked fine, but we only used the master. Happy customer.'

'Waterfront property with an unobstructed view of the Bay. My Dad has some mobility issues but he was able to make it up and down the front stoop and out the back deck. We cooked half our meals at the house and fished everyday. The house is close to Aransas Pass, on the edge of South Rockport, and easily accessible to and from. I would tell you it’s better, but I want it to be available again next time.'

'My husband and I stayed at John's house with some family members. What can I say the house was very clean, roomy, felt like home. Lots of seating inside and outside. Awesome pier! Great location. He also provides a washer and dryer :). Didn't have any issues checking in or out. When texting John he was very quick to respond. I highly recommend John's place if you plan to visit Rockport, Tx . We definitely will be back! '

'We had an awesome time! I’ve been coming to Rockport since I was a young boy, It holds a very special place in my heart. The house was great, the fishing was on Fire! I literally caught several hundred speckled trout over the week i was there. The house on the bay was perfect location, what a nice spot in paradise. If you are more into the touristy things and crowds everywhere you go then this is not the place for you, but if your like me, then this place is truly paradise! Thanks again John for...

'Thanks for Sharing your Beautiful home. It’s Decorated so cute. The backyard was amazing , Toby Keith my Puppy felt at home with some much room to run & play & the Squirrels kept him on the Run. Home is in a quiet neighbor hood. This home was Full Stocked ❤️. Only thing that would make it better if it was on Bay or ocean front. '

'This home was amazing for our weekend trip. We went to celebrate our son's birthday with a couple of his friends and the layout was great. The paddle boats and kayaks were so much fun for the kids to use. The property managers were AMAZING as well. We had a minor issue with the fridge before our arrival and they took care of it so well and so fast. We would definitely stay there again. Thank You for our fun filled weekend.'
