'There was renovation going on we were unaware of ahead of time. Also the game room was closed. Room was brand new and clean & comfortable. There was ice all built up on the stairs by the entrance near our room. A shovel and salt and sand mix as if they know this happens but didn’t take the time to do anything about it.
