'This property is truly amazing and I cannot recommend it enough! My partner and I stayed for a week and agreed it was one of our favorite places we’ve even been (both the property and the island)! Nikos, the owner, is so kind and helpful. He communicated before we arrived, was there to greet us and show us around, and helped with a few things during our stay like lending us a beach umbrella and providing recommendations for the island. 'Fantastisch gelegen hotel vlakbij boulevard en gezellige winkelstraatjes. Wat een stuk minder was, dat Argostoli ligt op een aardbevinggevoelige lijn, waaar wij dus een tamelijk zware trilling van hebben meegekregen. Het was wel geen heftige aardschok, maar het hotel schudde op zijn grondvesten. En de hele week nog lichte trillingen. Kefalonia is een prachtig eiland, maar niet voor ons om naar terug te keren.'

'Overall it’s good but could do with updating, things like very small shower, very old tv (not capable of logging into Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.), air conditioning automatically cycles between on/off every 5 minutes and it’s a little noisy due to location (but tolerable), also, they have a pool but it’s only for “spa treatments” which finish at 6pm but guests still not allowed to use it!'

'Dusty room, we kept the window open the whole day to bring in some fresh air. The lobby and breakfast area are nice although small but in the room itself it looked like time had stood still for 30 years. The only thing that changed was the shower head which no longer fitted in the stand so you had to hold it while the moldy shower curtain stuck to your behind.'

'Menia and Theodore were exceptional hosts. The apartment was cleaned daily (bins emptied, floors cleaned, bathroom cleaned and beds made). They checked on us continually to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend and know where to book in future.'

'Loved the setting. The villa was clean and had a wonderful cleaner who was friendly. The pool is wonderful- very refreshing. Nice treats left for us with beer and wine - much appreciated. The local mini supermarket has a good stock of goodies with friendly owners. A visit to Sea Salt restaurant ( a short walk away) is a must! Highly recommended '
