'The floor of the room, was not properly cleaned. There were cockroaches laying on the floor. Cleaning in between was not done properly, hairs in bathroom were not removed. The swimming pool was closed for the season while the temperature outside was far over 90 degrees.'

'Wonderful accommodation. The initial receptionist was also great and friendly. However, a major setback: both beds creaked tremendously which meant that no one was able to sleep, because as soon as someone moved, everyone was awake. When we reported this, the only response was: "Interesting” Maybe it was just this room, but with other beds we would give a 10/10'

'Eric is an awesome host! I thought it would be weird staying on someone elses property but i never felt anything but comfortable. Eric takes pride in his home and property. I would recommended this location 100%'

'The house is right on the lake. We don’t boat or fish but reading on the porch (or sitting in the hot tub) was definitely the getaway we needed!!'

'We booked because of the location was close to Sparrow Creek Ranch Wedding venue. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large garage (game room) to set up for the decorations and such to be used for the wedding. The property was great. We had the bride staying with us for the week of then her brother came in and spent the weekend with us. Since our family is from the North. It was so awesome to have our small family all in one place and 5 minutes from the venue. The beds were so comfortable....
