'Perfect little cozy cottage to celebrate Thanksgiving with family '

'This property was not ready to be rented. Was not worth the amount the nightly rate. Master shower leaked to downstairs. Garage disposals and dishwasher didn't work. Freezer wasn't cold enough to keep frozen. They had an indoor extension cord plug in outside and exposed to the weather. '

Speakers in the home did not appear to work; there were no instructions on how to use. Attempted to reach out via text, and the response was very delayed; responded next day after we had checked out. Think it would be good to have a battery operated blower of broom to clean off patio. Obviously this time of year, there is a lot of extra foliage on the ground (to be expected),...

'The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is a tiny house everything is well thought out and layed out well to maximize space. My younger children loved sleeping in the loft and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms to offer privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. This house is a quick 20 minute drive to the Grand Canyon...
