'We stayed there for almost 3 weeks and loved it. Everything clean, comfortable and spacious. The nearby highway and railway tracks are noticed very few times a day, if at all, and are more than compensated for by the great and quiet view over the park the home is facing. Very central location when visiting the Blue Mountains. '

'Can’t recommend this place enough!! The host made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived with a cute welcome hamper and a bottle of wine! Great location near all the sights and hikes near the Blue Mountains. We explored the region during the day and always looked forward to coming back to the cottage each night to wind down on the sofa. Our dogs really enjoyed the garden which was beautifully maintained and fully fenced. The house was really clean and supplies were adequate for the duration...

'Very nicely decorated and maintained quiet little property in rural Megalong. The property was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. However, some of the photos on the listing are not up to date as there is no take with a deck and chairs to sit by. Also a lot of the view is hindered by trees. Overall a nice place. '

'The house is in a great location with lots of great bushwalks and attractions nearby.The house is quite old with things like creaky floorboards and doors that are difficult to open and close. This is not an issue for most but something to be aware of.It could also do with a more thorough clean, for example many roof corners inside have lots of cobwebs.'

'Perfect for a couple of days in the Blue Mountains. Comfortable bed, great shower, had everything we needed. Easy to walk to Leura for coffee, shopping, walking trails.'

'Easy walk to town, easy walk to trails and also a wonderful house to just while away a rainy day inside looking out at the garden. Plenty of room for kids or in our case our dog, to run about and have mini adventures in the fenced yard. Perfect.. '
