'It was very clean, but there were fees for boat and you are required to have insurance for your vessel which was not stated prior to booking. The owner is VERY responsive to any questions or issues you may have which is amazing but it would've been nice to know aboutsthe insurance '

'We brought our boat down and had the slip right at our backdoor. There is a fish cleaning station and the marina was so great. We were able to leave our trailer on site. There is an extra charge for launch and trailer storage but it's not expensive. The house is laid out great and the master is amazing.'

'My husband and I had a wonderful time at Aileen's house in Marathon Key. This is our 2nd time spending the month of February at this property which is well maintained and very nicely located. We loved the view, the fabulous pool and riding the bikes to the beach everyday. The property was very clean and Aileen was very responsive to all of our questions. She even replaced the grill within 24 hours when it stopped working. We would come back!'

'location was great! the house was clean and well stocked, the dock was amazing and the fishing from the dock was great kiddos caught everything from nurse sharks to small tarpon. the pool was perfect after coming in from a day on the water. location for boat ramp, and fuel couldn't be much easier. trailer parking on property was easy as well. we enjoyed our stay and look forward to next time!'

'We visited this property for an extended weekend over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival we encountered a minor setback with a missing bathroom mirror, however, the property management company was very responsive and had someone on site to replace on Thanksgiving day AND without hesitation. Overall, the property was in a great location and as described. They even included Keurig cups for coffee.I appreciate the level of cleanliness and response time!'

'It was a nice place to stay. The best about this house other than the location that it has 3 bedrooms with King/King/Queen which works perfectly for adults. House was clean, check in easy, great location, close to Key Colony Club. Enough parking for 3 cars. Nice pool'
