'I brought my bf here for his birthday and what an amazing stay we had! The location is phenomenal. Just a few blocks from the main strip with all the things you need to experience Newport. The place itself was very clean and inviting. Beautiful decor and modern upgrades. The bed was very comfortable and the house was well stocked. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating. Honestly one of the best vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in town. '

'I arrived and was able to get into the property with the code provided even though someone was living in the property already. Very challenging on a Friday night with 3 children and an 80 year old mother. No response from property manager and VRBO seemed unable to help except to look into a refund. Had to find alternative accommodation as had a weekend of commitments - 6 people squashed into a very expensive hotel room and a cooler of food that spoiled.'

'50 steps to door... no landing at door, precarious as you open the door.. no national news on TV until i complained .. sliced an onion and the blade fell apart... older people beware no hand support in shower .. if you use 2 AC, circuit breaker kicks off... microwave does not rotate, i told owner and he did nothing to repair or replace...shower flow was inadequate but owner told me it was adequate... he had my $$ so I had no recourse.. i have lived 16 years in five 3rd world countries and the...

'The apartment was perfect for my elder parents. They only had a few steps to enter into their residence (and was perfect for the added privacy and being able to head to bed early). In addition to the apartment, we rented the house for our family, and my siblings (including their children). Since we were up at varied times, it gave my parents the peace and quiet they needed. As I stated in my house review, Douglas was immediately responsive to any questions and addressed any needs! '
