'Everything was great! '

'Check-in was not good. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:30 even we had reservations. We were told to come back in 45-50 minutes. When we did get to our room the key cards wouldn’t work so we had to go back to the front desk. On the second day of our stay, our room was never attended to. We had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. While at the front desk, another person was also asking for clean towels since her room had not been attended to either. ...

'After seeing mixed reviews, I was a little bit nervous for my stay here. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the staff. The hotel is modern, clean and well kept. Our room was ready when we arrived. On the weekend we were able to street park for free which was awesome. We didn’t use the facilities or visit the restaurant so cannot comment on them. But there were nearby bars and coffee shops that we enjoyed which were within a few minute walk. And we were able to both walk to the Arena as...
