'This place was so clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We had everything we needed. They thought of everything: coffee bar, extra throw blankets, stacked wood ready to be used inside and for the outdoor firepit. 'The property was great for a girls weekend in the wine country. Definitely more suitable for sleeping 6, can't imagine 8 adults would be comfortable. The communication was great. There are just a few simple touches that would make it a 5 star stay, such as adult sized bath towels, stocked toliet paper, and a full set of wine glasses (since it's the wine country). 'We really enjoyed the location of the carriage loft! It was close to town and stores but felt serene and private. The loft itself was well appointed and clean. There were some repairs that could be made, but nothing that impacted our stay or would prevent us from returning- for sure! All provisions for a full kitchen were included and the linens/towels were plenty and nice. 'We loved our stay at Bruce and Claudia’s little hideaway! It was a great place to stay with our dogs during a trip to the Placerville area. It’s close enough to downtown, but far enough away to experience the peace and quiet of the river! Everything was as described, you have your own space and privacy, but they are close by if you ever need anything. We will definitely come back and stay again!'
