'It started off rough but got so much better. I was not aware that I would need another $100 when I got there for a deposit, especially since they had told thru an email the day prior to our stay they needed my credit card info again in case of any damages which they had taken a small fee off of. The man at the front desk has no customer service skills what so ever . I was able to get my Aunt to PayPal me the $100 otherwise I would have had to forfeit the money I paid for the room.
